"The Power of People the Power of God"

Why not a Revolution in Afghanistan? “The power of people the power of God”. Even though this term was frequently mentioned as one of the slogans by the communist regime in Afghanistan, the real application of this principal has been seen in Arab-Springs . People in that region have brought an end to the most notorious regimes who have ruled them regardless of their wills for decades. While collectively demonstrating and chanting for change, people, especially young men and women have failed their dictators and their loyal armies to rule them and to decide over their destinies anymore.   Unless their problems were to be addressed, which were only likely to be achieved with oust of these dictators from the power, there was no power and force that could stop these young people who because of the tyranny of their governments were badly affected, especially those who protested for their rights in Egyptian. The Role of Social Network

President Obama has texted me ;) Last class was about the role of Social Media with particular focus on current unrest in the Middle Eastern countries. I believe, there is no doubt that social media has had its impact on organizing and mobilizing people who opposed their governments, but there is also something that needs to be considered as contributing factor to anger of people who have been succeeded in toppling the regime in Egypt. Utilization of Technologies like Iphone, computers that are connected with the Internet have reshaped the communication architecture of the contemporary world. Today, there is no place where someone can feel her/his self isolated from the rest of the world.
